We will send your order by Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery service. This is a trackable service and requires a signature on delivery. Once your package has been shipped please allow two working days for delivery.
Rest of World: £20 flat rate
We will send your order by Royal Mail Airsure service which is a trackable service. For countries not covered by Airsure we will use International Signed For service. . Once your package has been shipped please allow five to ten working days for delivery. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt. Mairi McDonald is not responsible for any import duties or taxes.
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied please return the item to us within 14 days (28 days for international). To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tickets and tags attached. Following inspection of the returned item we will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs if applicable). We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any goods that have been made to order.

Please ensure goods are packaged suitably so they are not damaged in the post. We recommend sending the item via a trackable service as Mairi McDonald cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
